Desert Streams is pleased to announce the following addition to the range of professional services we are able to offer. Dr. Katherine Walden, psychiatrist, will be providing services to clients within the Desert Streams building thus providingonsite psyciatric care for those needing medications or a psychiatric evaluation.

Dr. Katherine M. Walden, MD

Dr. Walden treats patients with mood, anxiety and substance abuse disorders as well as those dealing with dementia and personality disorders. Dr. Walden treats children, adolescents, adults and geriatric patients.

Dr. Walden received her Undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and her Medical Degree from Michigan State University and did her Psychiatric Residency here in Kalamazoo at the Kalamazoo Center for Medical Studies.

Having Dr. Walden onsite at Desert Streams provides our clients with the most complete psychological and psychiatric services possible. All of our clients counseling needs can now be met within the Desert Streams facility.

Desert Streams is excited and pleased to be able to offer to our clients the direct services of Dr. Walden.
